In the middle of nature
Sanduyn consists of luxurious and modern beach lodges, on the edge of the Schoorl Dunes. The grounds are slightly hilly and each home is located on a spacious lot with lots of privacy. The adjacent dune area is continued on the Sanduyn property, with lots of local vegetation and height differences on the property.
Experience nature from the terrace
Terraces around the homes, outdoor kitchens, hammocks, outdoor showers, storage areas for beach gear, lounge areas on the terrace or with your feet in the sand. Everywhere has been thought of and everything has been designed to enjoy the outdoors to the fullest. The rugged outdoor tables mean you can all dine together for a long time under standard ambient lighting.
The beach and dune atmosphere is completed by the existing large umbrella pines that radiate coast and summer. From the entrance to the park to the sheets on the bed, everything breathes beach, sea and dunes!
Relaxed beach lodges
From the terrace of your beach lodge you can walk straight into the Schoorl Dunes. Through romantic shell paths, under rustling pine trees and between the dune roses, you reach the beach. The modern beach lodges face south or southwest, with a view of the dunes: great for lounging on the terrace in the evening sun.
Wellness & Outdoor kitchen
Your terrace faces south or southwest and will be equipped with hip outdoor furniture. Your terrace is the extension of the house, the glass front creates a soft border between inside and outside.
The terrace can optionally be equipped with an outdoor kitchen and a Jacuzzi.
Beachlife in the Netherlands
Sanduyn is located - the name says it all - on the dunes and near the beach. The newly constructed beach at Camperduin is easily accessible after a short walk through the Schoorl Dunes.
Walkers, bathers, wave, wind and kite surfers, horse riders and many other users will find their way on this new beach. The width of the new beach invites beach sports such as blo-karting, buggy-kiting and powerkiting.
