Layout of the lodge
The living room is very comfortably furnished and has a beautiful incidence of light through the large glass wall opening and access via the French doors to the terrace. Here you will find a cosy seating area with flat-screen TV and a dining table. You can play your favourite music via the bluetooth speaker.
The modern corner kitchen is very complete and includes an induction hob, dishwasher, Nespresso machine and combi-microwave. Private meter cupboard, broom cupboard with washer/dryer and boiler.
On either side of the living room is a spacious bedroom with comfortable box-spring beds, each with its own bathroom and TV. Both bedrooms can be opened and closed off from the living room with sliding doors.
The first bedroom has a double bed, flat-screen TV and lovely bathtub. Here you will also find a hot shower and separate toilet. The second bedroom has a double bed, flat-screen TV, shower and separate toilet.
Through the French doors you enter the spacious garden (547 m2 own land)) with terrace, fireplace and garden furniture set. Among other things, you can lounge here in the comfortable hanging chair and warm up by a warm fire in the fire pit/barbecue. A nice, quiet place to enjoy the peace and quiet and nature.
Rental
The house is available for full rental until the end of the year, after that you can choose to rent it out (compulsory via Dutchen), use it yourself or a combination of both.
